- has it been done professionally; does it look polished?
- is the information up-to-date?
- can you see relevant images of any vehicles used or how the driver may be dressed
- what are the terms & conditions of carriage?
- are you (and your belongings, not to mention your trip) adequately insured, in the event that an issue with the journey causes you to miss your flight?
Will the driver assist you with any luggage or entry to the terminal building if you need it? A small thing, but sometimes, it’s the little things that matter.
